Due to the nature of research-based products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or credit once an order has been processed and shipped.
Products are not eligible for return if:

– You ordered the wrong product, variant, or quantity
– You misunderstood the purpose or intended use
If you receive the wrong product or if your item arrives damaged in transit, you may request a replacement under the following conditions:
– You contact us within 3 business days of delivery
– You provide your order number and clear photo evidence of the damaged or incorrect item
Approved replacements will be shipped at no additional cost. Refunds may be issued solely at our discretion if a replacement cannot be provided.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the order, please check with:
– Your local post office or carrier
– Your building, parcel room, or mailbox provider
– Nearby recipients in case of misdelivery
If your package is officially marked as lost by the carrier, please contact us at ask@sanapeptide.com so we can review the situation. Orders with incorrect shipping details entered at checkout are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Orders may only be canceled before they are fulfilled or shipped. Once a tracking label is created or the shipment process has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
If cancellation is approved, funds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:
